DesignPro LLC provides an intuitive web-based kitchen design software solution that includes:
3D design and rendering tools
Drag-and-drop cabinet placement and customization
Manufacturer catalog integration (for applicable plans)
Cost estimation tools
File export and sharing options
5. User Accounts
Registration may be required to access certain features.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users.
6. Subscription Plans and Payments
DesignPro offers free and paid subscription plans.Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually as agreed upon at the time of purchase.Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund policy for certain cases, such as billing errors.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of purchase.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, Website, and all proprietary content belong to DesignPro, LLC. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any aspect of our intellectual property. DesignPro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
